I founded The Femme Genius Readings with one goal in mind: to give my clients a clear, rewarding, and enjoyable reading experience. General Terms and Conditions
Elizabeth Zamorski is not a certified or licensed medical professional, teacher, agent, publicist, accountant, financial planner, therapist, counselor, or any other licensed or registered professional for the purposes of the service(s) you are booking with her. Any advice given during a service is not intended to be and should not be construed as legal advice. Booking a service does not create an attorney-client relationship.
The services provided are for entertainment purposes only and are not intended to substitute counseling or other medical or legal advice.

Sessions begin and end on time. If you are late, the service will end at the originally designated time. Come prepared and keep your environment as free from distraction as possible throughout the duration of your service.

Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice or the service is forfeited at the discretion of Elizabeth Zamorski. In the case of unexpected illness, times may be canceled with shorter notice.

Elizabeth Zamorski does not offer refunds for any services rendered or payments made.

Elizabeth Zamorski promises that all information provided by you will be kept strictly confidential as permissible by law.
You are not authorized to use any of Elizabeth Zamorski’s intellectual property for your business purposes.
Elizabeth Zamorski makes no guarantees, verbally or in writing, regarding your results. You understand that because of the nature of the services, the results experienced by each client may significantly vary.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Elizabeth Zamorski be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the services.
